Shift to Positivity and Smiles
There is nothing wrong with negative thoughts. Nothing wrong with feeling the way you feel. It is essential to understand those thoughts and deal with the root cause.
Quick Exercise: Think about the first or second persons that come to mind that you admire (Fiction or Non-Fiction). Tough? Well, I still need your attention, so think about someone you 'dig', 'praise', 'appreciate', 'applaud' or solute. You get the picture. Once you have him/her in mind - NOW:
1. Write down three (3) positive attributes you see in them. Yes! Three please!
2. Read them aloud to confirm that the three (3) you selected are positive attributes. (You should have some level of ease while doing this exercise.)
3. Read them aloud one last time.
4. You should have managed to avoid zero negative thoughts while doing this exercise.
