The sweetness of the melon!
The necessity of heat to shift the kernel.
Tone setting! Watermelon is a highly cultivated fruit worldwide. Popcorn is a variety of corn kernel which expands and puffs up when heated.
For discussion - letâs talk about being cultivated (refined and well educated) and Heated (made warm or hot).
Watermelons are popular. If you didnât know, they possess healing properties. Specifically, watermelon has a very high water content and provides nutrients like lycopene, citrulline, and vitamins A and C. Studies reveal red melon may even boost heart health, reduce muscle soreness, and decrease inflammation (more research is needed). I eat watermelon frequently primarily during lunch and prior to bed!
I added the popcorn for visualization - showing a transformation process. The need for heat! See popcorn may be readied via âstovetopâ or âmicrowaveâ. Either way, Heat is necessary. You may experience Heat to transform. We all know that happens in many ways (people, stuff, things, relationships, work, etc.).
Hereâs the end. Harvey Mackay, wrote - nearly 16 years ago that If you read five books on one subject, you are one of the worldâs foremost leading authorities on that subject! Personally, I find that amazing.
Recognizing watermelon is sweet and has healing properties, and - since you know there is a heating process to get the kernel to pop - where are you in your life - as it relates to cultivating a different mindset that is filled with sweetness and changed behavior? I read the only apology is âChanged Behaviorâ. Where are you?
Thatâs it! Just a few provoking thoughts in the form of nuggets. Have an amazing day!
