Let me start similarly to how I will end. 'So, who cares about you? Let's make sure the answer is always, "I do."



We are all hustling and bustling in the modern workplace.  During this time it's easy to get caught up in our own tasks, deadlines, and agendas. Yet, amidst the emails, meetings, and projects, lies a powerful tool that can transform our interactions and relationships: empathy. It only takes a moment, a mere two minutes, to consider the well-being of those around us, and in doing so, we can foster a culture of care and compassion in the workplace.
