So - Empty your hands. Close your eyes (no driving or walking). And - if you are right handed, raise your ’pointing finger‘ (that’s the one next to your thumb), and gently tap the bridge of your nose (Twice). (left handed folks - just utilize your left hand, please). You have to stop 🛑 reading this and place the phone down! Or this will not work.

What happened? Obviously, you tapped your nose twice. Certainly, your sense of feeling/touching was activated. Your motor skills are operational. But did you notice - you were not thinking about anything else but tapping your nose, what’s suppose to happen, and/or what will this feel like? (plus what’s this 😂)
Seriously, have you ever just paused and randomly tapped the bridge of your nose twice? Probably Not!
Do yourself the favor! Relax more. Take more moments to notice the power and calmness that comes from gently touching your nose. Stay Positively, Plugged & Present. I’ve told you - simple moments like this - can really redirect negative thoughts and generate more positive energy. Vibrations! That’s REAL!
