‘Take A Bath 🛀 ‘
When was the last time you took a bath? Not a shower. A bath.
As we know, bathing consist of washing ones body with liquid. I’m suggesting water. In the movies and videos, we’ve witnessed the immersion of bodies into rivers, beaches, lakes, luxurious futuristic dream tubs, bathtubs, etc. But for now, I just want you to literally plan your next bath! At Home. A Hotel. Get to your nearest bath tub.
Yes…plan it! Be selective and make it a ‘Date Bath’. Allocate as much time as you like. Im suggesting up to 45 minutes for your SOLO ‘Date Bath’.
For your preparation - consider…candles, tea (black, green, Chamomile) or beverage of your ‘liking’, soft jazz, calming sounds, instrumental music (please no lyrics - just your thoughts). Use your cellular device only for its timing properties! Take a break from the ‘cellular device’. Oh yea, Don’t sleep! You will miss the date!

To that end… Baths (the water) are known to have healing ❤️🩹 powers. I’m not concluding that you are sick. I’m merely reminding you - take moments to tap into being Positively, Plugged & Present.
