Think about it! Feeling sleepy is your bodies natural response to needing rest. So, what’s the problem with needing rest? There is no problem. Rest is the 'End'. You will fall asleep.
Before jumping into my message: Randy Gardner is an American from San Diego, California. At 17 years old, in 1964, he set a record by staying awake for 11 days and 25 minutes (260 hours). Note, he had a goal mind. So, right now - keep your mind on 'kindness'. Thanks!
Here we go. At this point in our lives, we should know what kindness is. I call that - the 'End'. No explanation is necessary.
You had to learn and experience kindness to understand it. Right? Your 'End', is your understanding, and how you apply kindness. IF your End' is understood and applied, THEN, you must absolutely 'START' with kindness.
So often, we miss much in life, because we are naturally impacted by the restless nights working through the unkind acts of others. We 'fall asleep' that way. Lets pause...and not beat people getting mad. You just don't know their storylines, or the root of their behaviors . I'm not suggesting you fix anyone. I am suggesting_more healthy thoughts for you. 😄. Cultivation of a healthy mindset.
Remove yourself from unhealthy roads and take alternate routes. Lets not fall victim of 'unkindness'. Heck.. Amazon exports packages of 'Kindness'. They make billions! Don't get mad, if it's not the package you were expecting. Just kindly, follow the instructions to repackage and return to sender. We all can export and import acts of kindness. That's it!
