A key ingredient in loving other people is, Self-Love. Your ability to take care of you. The ability to set boundaries involving personal space and having a healthy mindset. It helps you avoid self-hurt.


It is imperative that you centralize your focus on you - so when you experience a loss - it’s the power of your love that will serve as your cornerstone. Self-Love:

  • First, love yourself and practice patience during the journey. Self-Love will withstand the absence of not feeling love from others. #Learnedman

  • In order to love who you are, you can’t hate the experiences that shaped you. Andrea Dykstra

  • You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection. Buddha
