You will need to know how flip-flops feel on your feet in order for this nugget to hit. Also consider a sweet smelling aroma while you read.
Let me jump right into this nugget. In my blog “Postal Code Baby”, I talked about taking a walk! Which - by the way - entails taking one step at a time and one foot after the other. Remember anything else is a jump or run!

At least you are considering your next action, and not just reacting to what happened to you. I look at Flip-flops as an opportunity to gather your thoughts before responding. Just listen and feel that flip and flop - on bottom of your feet, coupled with - the radiating feeling to the heel of your feet. Consider a Sweet Smelling Aroma so you combat negativity and advance your thinking.
In my eyes,, Flip Flopping isn’t bad - especially while taking a walk and planning your next shift - towards your ultimate goal. Your new beginning. Are just the best way to deal with a situation.
Just keep flipping and flopping and be certain to pause your walk and commence your talk! That’s it!
