disinter
Yes! You read it correctly ‘disinter’. I’m sure some of you are thinking of ‘ungrave’. You too are correct. Before we move forward - Disinter means: 1. to take out of the grave or tomb. 2. to bring back into awareness or prominence. also : to bring to light- unearth. You get it. We will be focusing on #2.
True Story Time:
There was a man who killed his wife. He dug only one (1) hole to put her in the ground and cover with earth (Barry). Low and behold - he fell on top of her body. Later, they were both exhumed. It was discovered, he died of natural causes (cardiac arrest). She was murdered. Moral…. Let’s not dig any holes 🕳 cause as you can see - when the ‘unlearned’ man or woman digs a pit for others - they fall in themselves. Ouch 😄
So here’s my sweet smelling aroma. Disinter. I would like you to bring something back to awareness or prominence. This is for us that have grown, healed, learned, prospered and/or elevated. Specifically, I want you to bring to your awareness - something that you’ve dug away because you found it necessary to do so. However, you’ve Learned just how to handle it.. This exercise is to celebrate you - to illustrate strength, resilence, victory, or love. This is not to be a dreadful exercise. It’s to reflect on your growth! Personally, I do it daily 👍🏽!
