Things are not always as they appear. I titled the blog - Ding-A-Ling. I am sure some thought about a person and a thing. I am pretty confident - the 'thing' wasn't the cocktail. With that:
How often do you look to shift bad news? So that, it's about life experiences and your ability/agility to not only look at what but more to your response/reaction.
How frequently do you immediately look to shift from lemons to lemonade? Sour to sweet?
Personally, I like lemons. I slice them and enjoy the sourness. They don't remain sour since once eaten the sourness resolves. I will admit - they will always be sour unless something, like - sugar or honey is added. When you only add sugar or honey, the lemon shifts from sour to bitter/sweet.
With all this said, what's your willingness to shift? Are you willing to let go of the sourness and shift to the sweetness that you can continue to make out of life. It's all in your outlook. I've utilized life experiences as equipment which has provided me with the tools to mix things up.
