What do I mean? We definitely need to highlight the fact that a bridge is a structure that provides passage over a gap or barrier or something that joins two sides together.
For this exercise - think about the bridge or the bridges that have taken you from point A to point B.
Yes, the bridge that did it.
Think about the joyous times, those moments you've crossed that bridge from point A to point B. How did you feel? It may be favorable or not. For a moment concentrate on the bridge to recognize you can not remove it. You've already crossed it. The 'bridge' has happened.
The truth is - bridges are the reasons - we are where we are and who we are today. Again, they are the pathways from our point A to point B.
We learn much from the bridges. Again, we can not remove the bridges. They've already happened. However, you can remove the things that you didn't like. You may need to remove people from your life that you realized may not be the best fit since you crossed the bridge.
With this, you now have the ability to take the next step. You are ready for the parth forward. The bridge that will take you from point B to point C. No going back.
Keep building those bridges and learning. They are experiences. There may have been barriers, obstacles, dreams, historical moments, etc. no matter what, you are who you are and where you are today because of those bridges. Embrace them and move forward.
