Add A ‘But‘ (It‘s The Gratitude For Me)
Why should you add a ’But’?
I’ll begin. But before I start - I’m warning you this is going to be Pre-K Simple. Ok?
Allow me to introduce a point of reference - our smartphones have become a touchstone of life. Now-let me dive in!
I have a headache. But, I have health insurance, a phone, and a car - so I can teladoc or drive to get it checked out.
Dang! I don’t have any cash on me. But, I have money in the bank, cash in my desk drawer, my sister owes me money, and tengo dinero (I have money) in my gym bag.
I wish didn’t have to work tomorrow. But, I know my staff needs me, and I can just take next Monday off - cause I’m always working.
Man these ’freakin’ gas prices. But, my family has not missed a meal - as a matter of fact - I may need to start going to the gym, because I’m still ‘greedy - but I ain’t needy! ‘
Here’s my point! Reboot. As I shared, our smartphones have become a touchstone of life. I know you've noticed / that rebooting your phone miraculously fixes the majority of your phone issues. Right? Since knowing is half the battle - the reboot applies to your life.
Reboot, Refresh - Via Gratitude!
There are countless opportunities to combat a sour attitude via gratitude. Personally - I go to sleep thinking about positivity. Wake up thinking about it. Heck - I’m thinking about it as I compose this blog! Knowing that one other person will benefit - from this simple message.
To that end - My friend - I would be so grateful - if you would join me - as I meditate - daily - on ‘gratitude’ and the millions of ways to combat negativity.
That’s it! Have an amazing day!
Be certain to read the caption attached to this blog! Remember to Reboot!!
